Copy is useful if you would like to create many variations of single dashboards.
How do I view a dashboard I've created?
There are 2 conditions that must be met before a dashboard appears in your menu, ready to be viewed. The conditions are:
1. The dashboard needs to be activated on at least one node. If you have an app-level dashboard (not under any router menu), it does not matter which node you activate the dashboard on, as long as you select one.
2. It must contain all the tags defined for the Dashboard Menu with Tags item under which you want to display the dashboard.
Once the above conditions are met, the dashboard will appear under the relevant menu item.
How can I share a dashboard with someone that doesn't own a Flow Director account?
You can share dashboards by generating a public link to the dashboard. To access the public link, you must first add the public tag to the dashboard. When added correctly, the tag color should be green.
Once the public tag has been set, the dashboard status should present a menu to preview or share a given dashboard at a specific node. Preview allows you to see how the shared dashboard will look. Share will simply copy the dashboard's public link to your clipboard.
